Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation : Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation : Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting : Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets
  • Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th

    Responsabilidades Clave :

    Prospección y Generación de Clientes Potenciales : Aprovecha nuestra plataforma exclusiva que dirige clientes calificados hacia nuestros diversos productos de seguros de vida, permitiéndote centrarte más en la interacción con los clientes y menos en la búsqueda de prospectos.

    Consultoría con Clientes : Realiza evaluaciones completas para comprender los objetivos financieros y necesidades de seguros de los clientes, presentando y explicando las opciones de seguros de vida para ayudarlos a tomar decisiones informadas.

    Presentaciones de Ventas : Ofrece presentaciones de ventas atractivas a individuos y grupos, destacando los beneficios y características de nuestros productos de seguros de vida. Adapta las presentaciones para abordar inquietudes y preferencias específicas de los clientes.

    Gestión de Relaciones : Fomenta y mantiene relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes, brindando apoyo y servicio continuo. Realiza seguimientos regulares para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la retención de pólizas.

    Investigación de Mercado : Mantente al día con las tendencias de la industria, productos de la competencia y condiciones del mercado. Utiliza este conocimiento para posicionar eficazmente nuestros productos de seguros de vida y proporcionar información relevante a los clientes.

    Reporte de Ventas : Mantén registros precisos y actualizados de las actividades de ventas, interacciones con clientes y progreso hacia los objetivos de ventas. Prepara informes periódicos para la revisión de la gerencia.

    Cumplimiento Normativo : Asegura que todas las actividades de ventas cumplan con los requisitos regulatorios y políticas de la empresa, manteniendo la confidencialidad de la información del cliente y respetando altos estándares éticos.

    Requisitos :

  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de seguros o servicios financieros.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de generar confianza y establecer relaciones con los clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentación y negociación.
  • Automotivado, orientado a resultados y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado y gestionar un horario flexible.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable.
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; se valora un título universitario en negocios, finanzas o un campo relacionado.
  • Licencia de seguros de vida o la disposición para obtenerla (te ayudaremos en el proceso si aún no estás licenciado).
