Summary/Objective:
The Shipper is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling all aspects of shipping operations, including but not limited to packaging, labeling, scanning, and storage of products and components. The ideal candidate will possess forklift certification and demonstrate proficiency in various shipping tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Obtain and maintain forklift certification to safely operate forklift equipment.
- Read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) for packaging and components, ensuring accurate assembly and shipment.
- Utilize scanning devices to move and track products throughout the shipping process.
- Create master labels for efficient identification and tracking of shipments.
- Complete end-of-line clearance forms accurately, understanding their purpose in maintaining inventory integrity.
- Reweigh and label components as necessary upon completion of shipping tasks.
- Unload trucks and store totes in designated areas, following established procedures.
- Store components in designated cages, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Look up locations of components in IQMS inventory management system as needed.
- Communicate effectively with Shift Lead/Manager, Shipping Manager, Plant Manager, and other team members, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and experience required for the role.
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations preferred.
3. Must be punctual and dependable.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
