Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Assisting outside sales representative in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Act as a key point of contact for various customer facing activities to include sales quoting, managing order, and order confirmation.
- Assisting sales with various administrations tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and the ability to navigate various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be reliable and punctual
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Reliable Transportation
