Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced pressure washer manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly line processes. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating products using both hand and power tools, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications.
Duties
- Assemble and fabricate components according to build of materials and specifications.
- Follow printed pull sheets for item locations.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
- Reviewing of daily schedule and plan accordingly.
- Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems.
- Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company safety processes.
- Participate in positive work environment.
- Any and all duties that will lead to the success of the department/company.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the factory environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations is an advantage.
- Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely in a production environment.

Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
