Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including stock management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
Duties
- Compile orders and replenish moving merchandise
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
- Assist inventory control in counting an organizing warehouse materials
- Accurately pull and pack orders with efficiency
- Receive incoming product, commodities, and materials
- Follow printed pull sheets for item locations
- General warehouse help
- Assistance with shipping and receiving
- Reviewing of daily schedule and plan accordingly
- Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems
- Ability to learn current technologies
- Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company safety processes
- Participate in a positive work environment
- Any and all duties that will lead to the success of the department/company
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Reliable transportation
