About the Role:
Our client in the Energy & Utilities Industry is urgently hiring an IT Project QA Lead for the IVR a critical phase in their IVR Refinement Program. You will play a lead role in testing efforts, working alongside implementation partners in a “two in a box” model to oversee testing strategies and execution.
This is an immediate need, and virtual interviews will begin as early as next week!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the test lead for the IVR Project, managing test planning and execution.
- Partner with test lead to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive testing efforts for Nuance and Genesys IVR systems.
- Utilize JIRA and Tricentis qTest for test management.
- Manage testing within waterfall and agile delivery frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of QA/testing experience, including 3-5 years leading test teams.
- IVR testing experience (Nuance, Genesys) preferred.
- Experience working on large transformation programs in a QA role.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest (must-have).
- Preferred: Familiarity with test automation and performance testing tools.
- Industry Experience: Utilities industry background is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Certifications: PMP or relevant testing certifications (nice to have).
