Software Engineer – MuleSoft, APIs, and Integrations (Hybrid, Columbus, OH)
We are looking for a Software Engineer with MuleSoft, API, and integration expertise to join a high-impact platform team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and enhance API solutions, improve integration frameworks, and mentor teams on best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH, requiring 2 days onsite per week until September, then 3 days per week if extended.
What You’ll Do
✅ Develop & Maintain software applications, databases, cloud, and operating systems.
✅ Design & Optimize API and integration solutions with a focus on performance and reusability.
✅ Collaborate on full development lifecycle activities, from requirements analysis to deployment.
✅ Mentor & Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
✅ Innovate by evaluating and implementing new technologies.
✅ Ensure Quality through unit, integration, and performance testing.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in C, C , C#, or Java.
✔ Strong API design and MuleSoft development expertise.
✔ Deep understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
✔ Database management skills and understanding of system architecture.
✔ Proven experience in complex, multi-faceted projects.
✔ Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
✔ Agile/Lean development experience.
✔ Experience with cost optimization and technology management.
Location & Work Authorization
📍 Hybrid in Columbus, OH – 2 days onsite per week (increasing to 3 if extended).
✅ Must be eligible for full-time employment (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
