Junior Sourcing Analyst / Coordinator
Location : Hybrid – Reynoldsburg, OH
Job Summary :
The Junior Sourcing Analyst will be an individual contributor responsible for supporting product launches, managing daily operational functions, and conducting analysis to drive effective sourcing decisions. This role will focus on Request for Quote (RFQ) management, accurate data entry, and collaboration with vendors to support the sourcing of components and functional devices for subcategories within the business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
Category / Commodity Management :
- Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new business opportunities.
- Manage and follow up on RFQ processes with vendors to ensure timely submissions.
- Track raw material adjustments and execute updates in business systems.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Assist in developing target costs for new products and validate final costs against targets.
- Maintain and extract accurate data in business systems for reporting and analysis.
- Analyze cost increase requests and prepare detailed summaries for review.
- Generate RFQ database reports and maintain relevant documentation to support business needs and meetings.
