Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients within the industrial sector through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the semiconductor sector.
- Proposals: Present proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the semiconductor industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, customer service, operations and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of services.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Utilize CRM for documentation of sales activity and sale automation activities.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market and drive innovation.
