Clinical Supervisor – Behavioral Health
PSI is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Behavioral Health family of services.
All supervisors must be currently licensed and act within their licenses' scope and must adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for his/her discipline and PSI’s Code of Conduct.
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of assessment and treatment planning to review documentation for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Must meet the DBH definition of a qualified professional for their respective position and be certified to deliver the supervised services.
- Must have three years of experience in behavioral health and have demonstrated knowledge of navigating resources and systems to serve persons with mental health or substance use disorders.
License/ Certification:
Active DC Clinical Independent Behavioral Health License (Licensed Psychologist,
LICSW, LMFT, or LPC)
Duties:
Under the direction of the Clinical Direction, the Clinical Supervisor oversees, trains and supervises a team of clinical staff; conducts evaluations; develops treatment plans; and provides qualified practitioner coverage for the clinic on a rotating basis. This position is responsible for the supervised practice of all reporting staff, ensuring that staff are authorized to provide services and that services are provided per the individual’s treatment plan.
PSI is a NHSC and DC HPLRP Loan Repayment Site & a STAR Loan Repayment Program Site through HRSA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
