Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper materials handling and storage practices.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and generate reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Support financial analysis related to inventory valuation and turnover rates.
- Operate forklifts safely as needed for inventory movement and counting tasks.
Skills
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting purposes.
- Experience in inventory management and materials handling best practices.
- Familiarity with retail management concepts and supplier management processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations related to inventory control is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
