Our client, an exciting company in the Entertainment industry, is seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join their team full-time in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience providing frontline support to both in-office and remote employees. This position requires full-time, on-site support. They are looking for someone eager to jump in, learn on the job, and grow within the company. The salary range is between $80,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software support, providing friendly and efficient assistance to internal and remote team members.
- Manage and troubleshoot essential tools and services, including: Okta (Single Sign-On), Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Zoom, Microsoft 365, Unity
- Provide technical support for both MacOS and Windows environments, including:
- Setting up and configuring new devices
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Managing software updates and security patches
- Assisting with data migration and backups
- Administering MDM platforms and mobile devices (Microsoft InTune for Windows, Kandji for macOS)
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventories.
- Document IT processes and create user-friendly guides.
- Assist the IT team in implementing automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and Security & Compliance Manager on key strategic projects.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IT technologies.
- Identify and define process improvements to workflows as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
- Familiarity with common business software and cloud applications.
- Proficiency in both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving in Mac and PC environments.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented approach to IT support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an IT role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with tools such as Okta, Unity, Google Workspace, Slack, etc. is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) systems is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.
- Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequently
- Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.
