Providence Medical Group is actively searching for a full-time dynamic Urgent Care Medical Director to lead our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art facility in Santa Rosa, California. - Prior leadership experience
- Experience in Emergency Care or Urgent Care is preferred.
- Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation / holiday / CME time

- Residency / fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
- Compensation is between $258,389.00 and $311,124.00 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
