Job Overview
16 hours per week cleaning in the evening
M,W,F - 4 hours per night
T, TH - 2 hours per night
Pay is twice a month/direct deposit
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across different settings.
Duties
- Perform regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct custodial duties in commercial setting.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures as necessary.
