Interaction with Company Management, Branch Service Teams, Branch Parts and Administration Teams, Existing and New Clients, and monitoring of Multiple Service Projects will be required. The right candidate will require the experience, and the necessary product and industry knowledge, to successfully and effectively serve both Customers and Company Personnel with a professional attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities and Duties - will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Branch Financial Performance Related:
Ensure Branch profitability and cost-effectiveness of operations.
Actively manage Branch budget and expenses to achieve Company established goals and performance standards.
Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed.

Branch Personnel Management Related:
Develop, maintain, and manage effective Administrative, Parts, and Service Teams to provide optimum customer services.
Promote PESUL Service Excellence, HSE Policies, and Ethical Standards.
Define requirements for Branch Personnel in the areas of Staffing, Technical Support, and Safety Training.
Mentor and develop goal setting, skill enhancement, and performance review activities for all Branch Personnel.
Promote a Branch Culture that addresses Branch Personnel concerns, complaints, and /or substandard performance, as well as recognizes performance excellence.
Provide support for other Branches and Departments within the Company and facilitate an attitude of teamwork and cooperation at all levels.

Client Servicing Related:
Develop strong Customer Relationships through the successful management of products and service delivery.
Solicit, coordinate, and maintain 3rd Party Provider work as required
Provide effective Customer Service and follow-up as needed. Address customer enquiries, resolve issues, and proactively obtain customer feedback.
Meet with Customers to discuss their project requirements as needed.
Oversee Service Department quotes and cost estimates for material and labor needed for service jobs.
Oversee and Monitor Service Department to ensure service work is on schedule and on budget.
Work closely with the Parts Department and Administration to ensure work orders and invoicing to Customers is accurate and timely.

Sales and Business Development Related:
Reinforce the business relationship with Existing Clients for the purpose of increasing opportunities for additional service work.
Create business relationships with New Clients for the purpose of increasing opportunities for additional service work.
Utilize multiple sales methods such as in-person or site visits, direct contact emails, “cold” calling, and other methods to achieve the goal of growing the customer base for service work opportunities.
Travel as necessary to accomplish the stated goals.

Position Requirements:
Natural Gas Compressor Equipment / Manufacture knowledge is required for this position.
Extensive Waukesha, CAT, and Ariel experience is ideal.
Demonstrated Successful Team Leadership and Coordination experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
Strong General Computer Skills and Knowledge.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in Service / Parts Databases (JD Edwards, Oracle, Peachtree, Visual MFG, etc.). Propak currently uses Visual Manufacturing.
Detail Oriented.
Quick Learner.
Self-Starter.
Strong record keeping skills.
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record

This position may perform other duties as assigned.
