PSLLC is looking for a full and/or part time Security Officer to join our team.
As a Security Officer you will be responsible for enforcing Rules and Regulations at Properties we are contracted to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, residents and employees. You will provide assistance as needed, as well as monitor parking areas, both in person and with cameras to maintain security.
Requirements
- MUST be able to maintain a Profesional demeanor at all times, no matter the situation.
- Must be able to lift 8lbs and bend over.
- Must be skilled at being attentive of your environment.
- Must have reliable transportation, a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and proof of verifiable automotive insurance.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must pass random drug testing.
- Must be a go getter. You will set your own schedule, therefore you MUST want to work and work well on your own.
- Must be willing to be On Call, and be available to respond to calls in a timely (preferably 30 min or less, but no more than 60 min) manner. Residing in Lexington is very beneficial.
- Submit reports as needed, daily/weekly.
- Ready to start ASAP
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience as security officer or similar role is beneficial but not necessary.
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills
- Tech savvy experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Full Time Compensation: $3,000.00 - 6,000.00 per month depending on YOUR drive and Ambition
