*Overview*

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in various construction techniques and practices, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential builds to commercial renovations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Most work will be Prevailing Wage work within NY/NJ area. Must have OSHA 30, SST Card. Must be able to speak spanish.

*Duties*

- Perform roofing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.

- Execute carpentry work, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and custom woodworking.

- Install glass fixtures and ensure proper sealing and insulation.

- Fabricate components as required for specific projects, adhering to design specifications.

- Apply caulking to seal joints and seams in construction projects for durability and weatherproofing.

- Ensure all structures are plumb and level during construction processes.

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed on job sites.

- Assist in construction management tasks to ensure project timelines are met.

- Conduct construction painting tasks with attention to detail for both aesthetics and protection of surfaces.

- Utilize power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

*Skills*

- Proficient in roofing techniques and materials.

- Strong carpentry skills with experience in various woodworking applications.

- Knowledge of glass installation methods and safety measures.

- Ability to fabricate components accurately based on project requirements.

- Experience with caulking applications for effective sealing.

- Understanding of plumbing principles related to construction projects.

- Competence in operating heavy equipment safely within a construction environment.

- Familiarity with construction management principles for effective project oversight.

- Skilled in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior applications.

- Proficient in the use of power tools with a strong emphasis on safety practices.
