What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Assistant Manager position at PSP DBA Steak ‘n Shake?
As a first assistant manager it will be your responsibility to work closely with kitchen managers, service managers, assistant general managers, and the general manager to ensure each guest has a great experience. You will work directly with service managers and the kitchen managers to oversee all functions of the restaurant. The first assistant manager should serve as a bridge between front of house operations and kitchen operations. In addition, you will monitor and address inventory needs, assist with hiring, training, and making sure managers are upholding company standards for safety and health regulations.
