Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Build positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
