At Pet Supplies Plus, we’re more than just a pet store — we’re your neighborhood's go-to spot for all things pawsome! Whether it’s finding the perfect treat for a picky pup, helping a hamster pick out a new chew toy,  teaching a bird-owner-in-training, helping a dachshund find the right harness (spoiler alert: it might take a few tries)  or offering the best advice on fish tanks (and everything in between), we’re here to help pets and their people live their best lives. Oh, and did we mention we love pets? Like, really love them.

Now we’re looking for an enthusiastic, pet-obsessed Team Member to join our crew. If you’ve got a tail-wagging attitude, a heart full of love for animals, and you’re all about helping customers have an awesome experience, then keep reading, because we want YOU to be part of our Pet Supplies Plus family!

 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Customer Service Hero: You’ll make sure every customer has a pawsitive experience, whether you're answering questions, helping with a return, or just offering a friendly chat about the best catnip toys for their kitty.
• Master of the Shelves: Stock shelves with the best pet products, keep everything organized, and make sure that everything is labeled correctly so customers can easily find exactly what they need.
• Store Cleanup Crew: Keep the store sparkling clean and inviting for both pets and their owners. Sweep, mop, and organize the aisles to keep things fresh and tidy.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Whether you're assisting with stock, handling pets, or covering the register, you’ll work with your team to make sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. We’ve got each other’s backs!

Additional Tricks! 

Cashier

• Processes neighbors’ purchases with trustworthy accuracy and efficiency
• Provides Preferred Pet Club membership information to ensure neighbors don’t miss any outstanding offers

Stocker

• Safely unloads our delivery trucks using the proper equipment
• Stocks shelves to ensure Fido always gets his favorite chew toy and treats
• Carries bags of kibble, cat litter, aquariums and other purchases out to neighbors’ cars

Requirements

• Team Player: You work well with others, whether you're stocking shelves or fitting a squirming puppy into a new collar. You're always willing to lend a paw and pitch in.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ve got an eye for detail and like things neat. Whether it’s making sure every shelf is stocked or comparing pet food ingredients, you stay on top of everything.
• Hard Worker with a Smile: You’re always upbeat, no matter how busy the store gets. Whether it’s feeding the fish or helping a dog owner choose the best food, you bring your best every day.
• Have experience with animals (bonus if you can tell the difference between a Bearded Dragon and a Leopard Gecko).
• Know a lot about pet care, or you’re eager to learn (we’ll train you on all the good stuff).
• Can throw in a few pet puns when the mood strikes (“That’s pawsitively the best idea!”)
• Are cool with working evenings, weekends, and holidays — because pets don’t take days off!
• must be 16 years or older
