SAP Data Architect / Migration Lead
Hampton VA
9 month contract

Job Description:

• In this role, the Data Architect / Migration lead will oversee the mapping of legacy data to S/4HANA.
• Oversees the use and implementation of Fedramp data migration tools.
• Advises the PM and government on data structure and its implementation in the SAP S/4 NOSS Solution.
• Develops efficient data migration strategy utilizing a data first approach

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable)
• SAP S/4HANA Certification
• SAP ABAP Certification
• 10 years of SAP experience.
• Experience in at least 3 End-End SAP Implementation Projects.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Data handling.
• ETL design and implementation involving extraction and provisioning of data from a variety of legacy systems.
• 5 years of strong expertise in Data Migration including extraction transformation cleansing and loading (ETL) from Legacy systems to S4 HANA
• Expertise to handle data provisioning and error handling from various sources
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
• Knowledge of new emerging technologies such as SAP HANA or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

• Desired experience within ERP/SAP in at least two (2) or more of the following listed below:
  • SAP T-Codes, Applications, and Tools
  • BI (including BW, BODS, BAPI)
  • Data Archiving
  • Data Migration
  • Data Conversion and Data Loads
  • Data Distribution
  • Data Maintenance
  • Data Governance
  • Data Analysis

  • Data Mapping

  • Data Reconciliation
