Description:

Provides expert level business process guidance on DoD SAP requirements and design. Requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP Federal Finance - FM. Must have expertise integrating with MM, FI, and SD to integrate functionality. Develop scenario demonstrations. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise resource planning (ERP). Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client. Details requirements through product development and other functions to support the project team. Identifies impact of proposed changes on end-user experience, functional departments, systems, and business process. Takes into consideration integration points, common and fringe use cases, metrics and business intelligence, and risks and consequences of the project. Monitors other business analysts in software development methods and processes and implementation of those methods. Evaluates development projects and assists in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs. May be assigned responsibility for the management of the function, including associated staff.

Required Skills:

• 2 -5 yrs S/4HANA Federal Finance (FM) configuration, 10 years of SAP experience.
• Experience leading teams over multiple full SAP development life cycles.
• Possesses Subject matter expert (SME) experience in FM and associated sub modules.
• Requires strong organization and communication skills.
• Providing FM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
• Providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, as necessary.
• Preparing/conducting briefings, demos, or training sessions for Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.
• Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable)
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Federal experience desired (DoD experience preferred)
• DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering, or other relevant discipline. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
  
  

Primary Duties:

• Configuration of S/4HANA Funds Management in support of demonstration development, (20%)
• Provide expertise Federal Finance in support of scenario demonstrations and roadmap development (30%)
• Develop and maintain systems documentation (10%)
• Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed. (40%)
