ServiceNow Developer
Location : DMV Area (Tyson's Corner, VA; Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer with 4 years of experience (or slightly less if highly skilled) to join our team in the DMV area. This role requires a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite per week) and the ability to go through the Public Trust clearance process. The ideal candidate is a strong developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and preferably has experience working in a consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Module Customization & Enhancement : Work on core ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modules, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow scripting and configurations.
- Integration & Automation : Develop API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Customization & UI / UX Development : Enhance user experience with custom UI components, portals, dashboards, and widgets using JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
- Workflow & Process Automation : Create and modify Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- System Administration Support : Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance & Security : Ensure development aligns with security best practices, FedRAMP requirements, and Public Trust security standards.
