Qualifications
- Overall 10 years of experience as a Business analyst
- 3 years' healthcare experience with providers and / or payers for claims and payment processing or other payment processing experience.
- 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge and experience with SQL databases required.
- Excellent work ethic, leadership skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently in solving business problems.
- Demonstrates a high level organizational skill with the ability to prioritize and manage change.
- Undergraduate degree inBusiness or equivalent work experience.
