Design and develop conversational IVR systems. Code and integrate with Amazon Lex, from Nuance, Voiceflow, or Dialogflow. Create high-level designs and enhance design features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
Provide documentation and training as needed. Requirements: 5 to 10 years of experience in conversational voice response system design. Proficiency in Amazon Lex, with additional experience in Nuance, Voiceflow, or Dialogflow. Strong coding skills and experience with relevant programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Contract Details: Contract Duration: 12 months Start Date: March 3rd or ASAP Interview process One (1) To two(2) round 45 min
