We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across a Data Warehouse / Reporting Project implementation utilizing a combination of business analysis and project management skills. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
This role will be a temporary minimum of 6 months with possible extension or hire at the delivery of the project depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for data warehouse implementation projects.
- Support project kick-off meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project resources, including team members and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data warehouse implementation projects.
- Conduct analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate the impact of proposed changes and enhancements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize project outcomes.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate productive discussions and workshops to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other project artifacts.
- Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for future reference.
- Additional preferred (not required) qualities/experiences:
- Experience in Data Warehouse, PowerBI and Azure data models/processes.
- Experience leading IT requirements gathering sessions.
- Experience reviewing large amounts of data and being able to pull KPIs to report on.
- Insurance, Contract Administration, and Finance backgrounds preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies; Experience with PowerBI and SQL is essential.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
