1. Education & Technical Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Expertise with Python and SQL for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and AI/ML model evaluation.

• Expertise in building dashboards in tools like Tableau or Looker Studio

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and performance evaluation.

2. Healthcare Knowledge

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, healthcare data structures, and relevant industry standards (e.g., HIPAA).

• Understanding of key healthcare metrics (e.g., readmission rates, hospital-acquired conditions, length of stay).

•

3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Proven track record of designing and tracking clear ROI metrics for AI/ML initiatives.

• Experience extracting insights from large and complex datasets.

• Ability to identify critical issues, propose data-driven solutions, and measure outcomes.

•

4. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred

1. Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.

2. Experience with the Google Cloud Platform, git, GitHub, Docker.

3. Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.

4. In-depth knowledge of Python statistical analysis tools and frameworks.

5. Familiarity with the Epic Clarity data model.
