Workday Financials Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to support a remote engagement with occasional travel to Charlotte, NC. This role will focus on Workday Financials, Project Management, and Client Interaction, requiring 5 years of experience in each area. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, assess the organization’s current state, and define future state solutions.
• Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders and guide them through Workday Financials functionalities.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical Workday Financials issues.
• Architect cohesive, cross-functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies for project delivery and best practices.
