Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting coaching sessions, creating personalized development plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote aware-winning products that help individuals
- Provide support and guidance to individuals, helping them find solutions tailored to their needs
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on personal and business growth
- Foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment to encourage ongoing learning
- Manage your own time and efforts to maximize earnings and achieve financial goals
- Take initiative to develop new business relationships and nurture existing ones
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development ot continually grow your skill set
What You Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion for coaching
- A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Some experience with social media and online platforms (preferred, but not required)
- A passion for personal development and leadership
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week
