Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at PSW, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and providing them with top-quality landscaping solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and presenting our services in a compelling way to close sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has vast experience and passion in the landscape industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and sales pipelines through various channels (referrals, networking, online platforms, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
- Create and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
- Track sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales pertaining directly to landscaping, hardscaping and pool construction.
- Have an established network and relationships within the landscape/hardscape and pool industry.
- Proven experience in creating estimates and cost assessment of work areas within landscape and hardscape projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 – 4:30 and report to our office in Bridgeville, Pa.

Compensation:
· $120,000 - $180,000 (Base and commission). What you bring to the table in the way of current relationships, sales pipelines, skills, and other assets upon start will dictate base salary.
