Responsibilities
The Clinic Coordinator also ensures PRS meets compliance standards and evaluates the quality of the patient's treatment services and assists in the quality control of the patient's progress notes and reports relating to patient care. As well as the following duties:
- Oversee scheduling patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait times.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
- Coordinate utilization management processes to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources.
- Assist in fiscal management by monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for medical office operations.
- Provide training and support to staff on administrative procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical office administration.
- Familiarity with medical administrative support systems and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Very quick in learning and information processing and uses time management efficiently.
