School Psychologist (Hybrid)

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate School Psychologists to join our educational consultant team that serves school throughout Los Angeles. This position consists of a hybrid and flexible work schedule. 60 percent of the work is conducted at the school and the other 40 percent from home. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of bilingual assessments and is preferred. However non bilingual school psychologist are also encouraged to apply. We are very unique in that we provide the option to perform the duties for assessment only or counseling only or a combination of both. Additionally to providing a great flexible work environment, we are very invested in the well being and professional development training of our Psychologists and staff.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams.
• Provide training and consultation for teachers and staff on best practices for supporting students' mental health.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of special education laws and practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
