Job Description
The Clinical Program Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and developing the clinical program at Psychiatreat, with a specific focus on providing mental health support and trauma-informed care to an incarcerated population.

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 3-5 years of experience in program management and staff supervision.
- Expertise in identifying and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Experience in crisis settings with individuals and families.
- Flexible working hours.
- Strong skills in program development, evaluation, organization, and public speaking.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficient with EHR systems and databases.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural, community-based environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Understanding of the agency's mission and culture.
- Ability to work with diverse socioeconomic and cultural groups.
- Reliable transportation, valid NYS license with clear driving record, and proof of insurance.

Essential Functions
- Maintain a manageable client caseload.
- Supervise and oversee the clinical department, setting goals aligned with the agency's mission.
- Monitor and report on clinical performance and contract compliance to ensure goals are met.
- Hire, supervise, evaluate, and manage clinical staff.
- Review and improve program services, focusing on underserved populations and ensuring quality assurance.
- Ensure contract compliance for all department personnel.
- Implement and monitor evidence-based practices.
- Provide regular clinical training for staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Directors.
