- Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education material to facility staff, local medical facilities, community members on the program, and the overall importance of behavioral health.
- Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program’s group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
- As Program Nurse, provide and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development.
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing - required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of operation - required
- 2 years of management experience - required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines - required
- Basic computer knowledge - required
- Demonstrated skill in problem-solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, advocacy, and team-building - required
