Position Summary:
The Outpatient Clinic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in expanding our national footprint by overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of opening new outpatient clinics across the U.S. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure each clinic launch is seamless, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify viable outpatient clinic locations across various U.S. cities.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and agreements in collaboration with legal and real estate partners.
- Oversee all aspects of clinic renovations, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for clinic setup, including furniture installation, utilities, internet setup, and vendor management.
- Travel to clinic sites as needed to ensure smooth setup and timely execution of all opening phases.
- Provide ongoing support with clinic supply orders and operational readiness.
- Serve as a key liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and clinic staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
