About The Role
We are seeking a license Registered Nurse to be our Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple PsychPlus outpatient behavioral health clinics. This role is vital to ensuring our clinics run efficiently, meet compliance standards, and deliver an exceptional experience for both patients and providers.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing healthcare operations, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for improving access to quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned behavioral health clinics, ensuring smooth administrative, clinical, and facility workflows.
- Partner with clinical leadership to support high-quality patient care and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, coach, and support front office staff, medical assistants, and other non-clinical team members to foster a culture of service excellence.
- Monitor and manage clinic KPIs (e.g., patient throughput, provider productivity, schedule adherence).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission).
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, supply management, and technology needs to support uninterrupted operations.
- Manage patient experience initiatives, including handling escalated concerns and implementing feedback for service improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits, quality reviews, and leadership updates.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement across all clinics.
Requirements
- MUST have RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in outpatient behavioral health or multisite practice management.
- Proven leadership and team development skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems, scheduling tools, and patient intake workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements for outpatient behavioral health clinics.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally to support clinic sites as needed.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $70,000 to $90,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
