The Center for Motivation and Change (CMC) is hiring an Evaluations Coordinator to join our staff in a full-time capacity. Overall responsibility of this role is to, but not limited to, maintain CMC’s intake and administrative process in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Additionally, this role will communicate regularly with the clinical staff, the admin team, clients, and works closely with the Client Billing Manager.

Requirements
-Must be able to work onsite in our NYC office (this is not a remote/hybrid position).
-2 years client service experience in administrative roles (preferably behavioral health or healthcare setting).
-Strong client service orientation and ability to handle sensitive client inquiries professionally & compassionately.
-Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
-Must be detail-oriented, possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
-Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and track data accurately.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Excellent written and verbal communication along with enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

-Experience with Google Workspace and QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred, but not required.
