The Center for Motivation and Change (CMC) is hiring an Evaluations Coordinator to join our staff in a full-time capacity.  Overall responsibility of this role is to, but not limited to, maintain CMC’s intake and administrative process in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.  Additionally, this role will communicate regularly with the clinical staff, the admin team, clients, and works closely with the Client Billing Manager. 


Established in 2003, the Center for Motivation & Change (CMC) is a group practice of dedicated clinicians and researchers who rely on science and kindness to help people change. We employ respectful, flexible, evidence-based approaches to address substance use and compulsive behavior problems as well as other mental health issues, including anxiety disorders and trauma/PTSD. Through compassion, collaboration, and the best science has to offer, we help people make life-enhancing and long-lasting changes.

Requirements

-Must be able to work onsite in our NYC office (this is not a remote/hybrid position).
-2 years client service experience in administrative roles (preferably behavioral health or healthcare setting).

-Strong client service orientation and ability to handle sensitive client inquiries professionally & compassionately.

-Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
-Must be detail-oriented, possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
-Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and track data accurately.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Excellent written and verbal communication along with enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
-Desire and ability to collaborate and work on a team.
-Patient, kind, empathetic nature to contribute to our compassionate environment.

-Experience with Google Workspace and QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred, but not required.
