Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food handling, and food safety practices.
- Experience in banquet preparation and catering services is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Creative flair with a passion for cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
