Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychologist or Postdoctoral Resident located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and implementing evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT. The professional will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, participate in community presentations, and provide evaluations for court-related services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, and trauma interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Doctoral degree in psychology and internship completed, both from accredited programs
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida
