Our practice focuses on individual therapy, but we are open to family therapy with the right candidate.
About the Role:
- Position: Clinical Therapist (1099-contracted)
- Practice Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm (you can set your own schedule within these hours to best suit your availability)
- Work Environment: In-person, remote, or hybrid options available (we are open to therapists working remotely on other islands)
- Therapeutic Focus: Primarily individual therapy, with opportunities for family therapy
- Supervision: Clinical supervision available to support licensure requirements
- Requirements: Master's degree with Master's level licensing and individual malpractice insurance (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW are minimum-level starting licensure)

- A motivated and independent worker with strong clinical skills
- Experience with diverse populations and therapeutic modalities (e.g., psychodynamic, strengths-based, mindfulness)
- Passion for supporting clients through their journey of personal growth and self-discovery
