About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding. This role focuses on identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment – Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop Talent Pipelines – Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers – Work closely with department leads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Recruitment Tools – Leverage job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract and track candidates.
- Conduct Offer Negotiations – Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment screenings, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all hiring practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements while tracking key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 to $60,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
