Duties:
- Study long-range economic and behavioral healthcare trends and opportunities for future acquisition and expansion.
- Supervise investment of corporate funds.
- Supervise Senior Management Staff.
- Oversee Administrative Office personnel and procedures.
- Confer with Chief Operating Officer on Operational Issues and Concerns.
- Confer with CQI Director on Quality Issues and Concerns.
- Confer with Human Resource Department on Employee Issues and Concerns.
- Confer with the Finance Department on Administrative Staff Issues and Concerns as well as Financial Issues and Concerns.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services, health administration, or other relevant discipline.
- Three (3) years of experience working in behavioral health.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leadership, preferably with a behavioral healthcare organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with or as a member of a Board of Directors.
