PsychPros is currently recruiting for a Director of Treatment services in Northern Kentucky. We are looking for a skilled director level person with experience running and operating a residential treatment program (any population). In this role, you will work in close collaboration with a high level team of dedicated professionals to provide a well run, safe and nurturing environment for girls with mental health and trauma issues.
Ideal candidate will be independently licensed in the State of Kentucky (or license eligible) in Counseling (LPCC) or Social Work(LCSW) with supervisory experience in a residential setting. In this position, you will be working with a high level of autonomy and collaborate with other Director level peers in order to provide clients the highest level of success in their treatment. Requirements for this position include:
Master’s Degree and independent Kentucky licensure in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy, with the ability to supervise. Must meet Medicaid requirement for Behavioral Health Professional (BHP). LPCC-S or LCSW with supervisory training required. Must be in good standing with the respective Kentucky licensing board and have the ability to provide supervision toward licensure of employees.

- Collaborate with Directors in other departments with regular cadence to ensure consistency in practices
- Ensure there is a safe environment that promotes family engagement throughout treatment.
- Coordinate and oversee all intakes for residential treatment by participating in the process of referral management and admission decisions.
- Ensure that children’s needs for psychiatric treatment and medication are coordinated with consulting psychiatrist and treatment team.
- Ensure that all legal requirements and potential risks related to the provision of Residential Services programs
- Ensure that all internal and external communications support the provision of quality Residential Treatment services and improve and enhance the agency's functioning.
- Ensure all members of the clinical treatment team providing therapeutic services are professionally and effectively supervised.
- Participate in essential meeting on a weekly and monthly basis to support completion of client individual service plans.
- Coordinate and participate in crisis response plans for clients
- Responsible for ensuring all outcome reporting and state reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and coordination of HR response for the clinical team
Requirements for this position include:
