Key Responsibilities

- Setup and operate CNC equipment to manufacture customer-specific metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and tolerances to ensure quality production.
- Operate general machine shop equipment, including Bridgeport mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
- Assemble machined components, including manifolds and chutes.
- Maintain production schedules to meet on-time delivery requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and customer expectations.
- Follow all safety protocols, ensuring proper machine operation and guarding at all times.
- Document work order progress, including quantities produced and any deviations.
- Work on various equipment to complete multiple phases of the production process.
- Cross-train in machining and part assembly within the Change Parts department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 2 weeks vacation 1 week PTO annually

- 5 years of experience in setup and operation of CNC equipment and manual machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with management and team members.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in production.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity to operate machining and fabrication tools.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to hear and communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
