Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing of all tax documents.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy.

- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with tax regulations and compliance.
