OPPORTUNITY:
PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking to contract with a Substance Abuse Counselor or Residential Treatment Provider to support a federal client in the Western District of Washington.
This opportunity focuses on Short-Term Residential Treatment and Short-Term Residential Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders for justice-involved individuals.
DESCRIPTION:
The selected provider will offer inpatient residential services that include 24/7 supervision, therapeutic programming, counseling, and coordination with the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office (USPO/USPSO).
Services are to be provided for federal defendants and persons under supervision, ages 18 and up, who require a structured environment to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
This is a contracted position. Referrals are made on an as-needed basis, and the average estimated monthly caseload is approximately 2 clients per program.
Service Location:
The licensed residential treatment facility will be located within the Western District of Washington, serving clients from counties including:
Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum, and Whatcom.
Schedule and Availability:

Services must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as clients will be residing at the facility.

Each referral may last up to 90 days per individual.

There must be trained staff on-site at all times, including coverage during overnights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 6 hours of structured program activities per weekday and 3 hours per weekend day is required.

Weekly individual and group counseling sessions must be conducted by licensed/certified professionals.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of one year experience in residential or substance use treatment required.

Valid Washington State licensure/certification in Substance Use Disorder Counseling (e.g., SUDP, SUDPT).
Experience working with justice-involved populations preferred.
