Area Manager

PT of the City is currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple clinic locations. This role is critical in ensuring consistent operational excellence, supporting front desk and clinical teams, and driving productivity and quality assurance across all assigned sites.

The ideal candidate must be a strong leader, capable of handling high-pressure situations, and comfortable writing professional emails and detailed reports. As Area Manager, you will be expected to travel regularly between locations and take full ownership of each site’s daily performance and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor and audit operations across multiple clinic locations.
• Ensure all front desk and clinical workflows follow PT of the City’s standards and procedures.
• Drive quality assurance by identifying areas of improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Support and supervise staff at various locations, providing coaching and feedback when needed.
• Prepare and submit professional reports and emails summarizing findings, updates, and action plans.
• Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to maintain high productivity and staffing quality.
• Help boost each location's production through performance tracking, planning, and follow-up.
• Ensure timely communication and problem-solving across all operational levels.
• Travel to assigned clinics on a regular basis to maintain visibility and accountability.

• Proven experience in operations, clinic management, or front desk coordination (healthcare background is a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional writing skills — must be able to draft reports and emails independently.
• Understanding of both front desk workflows and clinical processes.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations.
