With 7 locations in SE Wisconsin, now is a great time to join our growing team of therapists. PT Plus is currently hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our Racine clinic. We operate on a patient-centric treatment model with an emphasis on manual therapy, functional therapeutic exercise, and measurable outcomes. You will work with a team of skilled and experienced therapists. Our therapists are also engaged in a variety of marketing activities from exceptional customer service to community events and building relationships with other health care professionals. REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Evaluation and treatment of patients' physical conditions
- Design and implement a treatment plan that incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and functional outcomes improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Promote outpatient services and engage in marketing efforts to attract new patients.
