Job Summary
The Front Office Manager at PT Solutions Physical Therapy will lead the front office team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising front office staff, managing labor and schedules, and providing coaching and guidance to improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office staff, including district front office supervisors, scheduling and referral coordinators.
- Manage front office labor and schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to front office staff to improve performance and address areas for improvement.
- Monitor KPI performance of every clinic regularly and be accountable for all front office KPIs.
- Develop people management skills in front office supervisors to enhance their leadership abilities.
- Participate in side-by-side mentoring or coaching of staff who are struggling and matching high performers with mentees for side-by-side opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, good organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations is also required.
