Overview
PT Solutions is seeking a driven and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing outpatient therapy team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients across the lifespan—helping individuals overcome communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing challenges in a supportive and collaborative clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric and/or adult populations.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ goals and functional needs.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a dynamic outpatient clinic.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and referring physicians.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover of skills at home.
- Document patient progress using our electronic medical record system in a timely and compliant manner.
- Participate in clinic meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) in the state of [Insert State].
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants encouraged to apply.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Prior outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
